All products sold on Ridev.shop are digital downloads.

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final.

Once a purchase is completed and access to the downloadable files is granted, refunds, returns, or exchanges are not provided.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are purchasing a digital product.
  • Access to the files is provided immediately after payment.
  • You waive your right to a refund once the download is made available.

If you experience technical issues accessing your files, please contact support and we will assist you promptly.

To protect against unauthorized transactions:

If you believe a purchase was made without authorization (for example by a minor using a parent’s payment method), please contact us immediately before initiating a chargeback.
